lol. i beg to differ. i love rain. theres nothing like waking up late on a rainy day and reading a book. or just sitting there. its kind of mesmerizing and make you feel as if youre there, in the moment instead of thinking of other things. i love rain! :D

lol. the funniest thing was the look on my friends faces when they saw me. i was in like a tank top, a turtle neck, a tshirt, a sweatshirt, and my winter coat. plus a gator, a scarf, a hat, ear muffs. lol, though i dont have any snow pants. so my friends had to bring multiple pairs. i had to take off my boots and like five layers of socks to put on the pants. lol, maybe this is why i dont venture out into the snow much.

my goal, that i never got to last year, is to step on a frozen lake.
lol, imagine that! its a lake. but you can WALK on it. :D
oh, i cant wait for the winter carnival. hmmm, too bad they're not doing a castle....

You know walking on lakes is all good fun and games until you fall in lol. I got to play on little icebergs that froze into the surrounding lake on lake superior (yes, it;s that cold) once. They arnt doing the castle? I'm sad and i dont even get to see it lol.

you poor deprived person!! lol. yeah. i like the outdoors. till it get really cold like it does in minnesota and ND. but skiing is awsome cuz i go to the rockies to do it 2 or 3 times a winter. where it isnt as cold as ND. i used to go skiing more but, xmas camp has cut into my powder time.
i love the smell of fresh powder in the morning. :D

yup. we have a kind of winter morale booster in february (ended on my bday! yay! lol.) called the winter carnival. every once in a while, if they have enough millions (dont even get me started. lol.) they make an ice palace. the one last year was awesome. the tallest part was 8 stories. they cut the blocks of ice out of a lake in saint paul. the carnival rocks!
