bed sheets

Post by spacemusician »

so after many years of going to camp and having much troubles with the space camp issues linens i finally decided that it might be benificial to bring my own set of sheets. this was after trying many other methods such as duct taping them proved un-successful. however i was wondering of they are normal size twin sheets or the extra long ones that colleges usually have. so if anyone knows about this please help me out.
The thing that drives me most is that people tell me that ill never be an astronaut. My love and passion for space will lead me to new heights, hopefully back to the moon or mars.

last time at camp i brought my own sheets and it seemed as if the matress was narrower and shorter than my sheets my linens were baggy and i would have to scruch a bunch of sheets under the matress in order for them to look ok for inspection at AC

you're inspected

wow...i don't think i could deal with that at asa or academy
i'm just too much of a "quick let's get out of the room so we can talk about nasa" kind of person

my stuff was all over the room

talk about the pics of the mercury 7 and airplanes around my bed
i don't think many ac people would approve (but the airplane pics were sweet)

yea, i know what you mean about not wanting to make the bed , but you get used to it and its not that bad... you just have to sleep on top of the sheets... you only have to make the bed once then!

... i know im a clever one!!!

yeah i've won right stuff more than once ..i'm such an asa freak and academy freak that when my mom asked me if i wanted to go to ac i said.."nope i need another weekk of nasa"

plus i heard that the sims weren't that great..and i've been flying since i was 12 (...i thought that the earlier i became a pilot the better)

but go to anything at space academy..great stuff!

im working on a private linscence too! and hope get it once im 17...

the sims at AC are still a challenge since your flying a different kind of aircraft with a different more aggresive style and using differernt controls...

i think AC and academy are cool just in different ways! :D

I think they're longer than twin, but slightly skinnier? Maybe? They certainly aren't twin, otherwise I'd know, sleeping in a twin myself.
