Academic Superbowl
I should probably be in bed right now, seeing as how the state academic superbowl is tomorrow and.....our math team qualified!!!!!!!! We are the first math team to qualify from our school in like 4 years and the only subject to qualify this year. Not only that, our coach (aka Mrs. Hood, my physics teacher) told us today at practice that it's school tradition that if a team wins state, the school pays to take them out to lunch...............in a limo................with a police escort............complete with sirens. Is that insane or what!?!?!?!

Ok, so I just got home and we came out with 5th place. We don't get the limo and police escort, but we'll probably still get lunch. Anyway, we did really well considering the fact that we went into the meet seeded 7th (last), and came out 5th. We also beat one of the teams we lost to at our area qualifier. Some of those questions were tough though!
