1-800-63-SPACE

Post by SpaceCanada »

Good Day All:

I recall having this problem in the past, it was later resolved, and now it has risen again. The 1-800-63-SPACE telephone number does not work from Canada. It didn't in 1998, then it did in 1999 and 2000, but once again it does not work.

Online registration does not work for Canadian residents because they ask for a ZIP code when I go to enter my credit card. Obviously, living in Canada, I do not have such a code. (I believe they use the code to verify the credit card.)

Thus, I figure my only option is to register by phone, which can take some time. Does anyone know of a 1-800 number for camp that works in Canada? I used another 1-800 number before, although it no onger works either. Any suggestions?

Monkeynautt, what process do you use to register? If you use the online registration, do you use your postal code instead of the zip code?

PS - Anyone else finding the Space Camp website not working this morning? It could be my internet connection because several other websites are coming up with errors. Strange...

I'm at work right now but there is a toll free number that works from Canada. When I get home I'll post it.
