special session information

Hi! um... i have a question... i had planned on going to one of the special sessions for aviation challenge, but cant find any dates anywhere... i was wondering if anyone could help me locate this information

im *pretty* sure (someone can correct me on this. i wouldn't be upset.

...lol, jk!) that the ac dates are the exact same as the space camp ones.

Yeah, the dates for the AC special sessions are the same as the ASA ones.

is there a special session over christmas or not in the summer? My delicate north dakotan skin just cant handle the alabama summer! lol

lol, believe me, i can understand the heat. plus, its nice to get somewhere where you can walk around in a sweatshirt while everyone else at home is wearing multiple layers of coats.

yes, there is a special session over christmas. i think it ends on monday or something (i dunno, ian and i were talking about how we would miss the first day of school back. so im thinking its monday. or maybe that it ends sunday and we would fly back on monday. i dunno. someone can correct me.

or can just say im right.

that would make my day!

THANK YOU! i was on the internet last night trying to look for the dates for camp for like 3 hours without any results! it was like the most frustrating moment of my life! lol! It looks like I'll be soaking in the sun while the rest of my family freezes in Fargo! lol

yeah, im thinking with the switch of sites, they missed the alum camp info. i went to the former website to try to find what they had there for you, but that has been deleted. i guess that means it really is going to be mainly people from the hab there since we are the only ones who know!

I actually think they sent out letters to a bunch of trainees from last year... I definitely got one in the mail... that's how I found out and what brought be back to hab1 in a more permanent-type way.

Oh, I noticed that too, about the missing information on the space camp website! I was so scared for a few days when i noticed i was afraid it was cancelled or full or something! It was the scariest few days of my life!... lol

It's no big deal... basically, it appeared to be a black-and-white printout of the old webpage, with a small blurb on the new TCF design on one of the three folded sides when it was folded up to be mailed. No big deal at all.

ive only gotten them for time changes for checkin and grad. which i obviously didn't observe cause i got to christmas camp late.
