True i have kept all of my books and name tags as well as other stuff for sentimental value.

wow, um , i know this is an old post but whatever, yeah, i went to AC in December and got this little booklet and it has like info on top gun, flight history and maneuvers, and survival. I guess it really did help but it was so cheap that it fell apart right as soon as i got it home

I think all the books from every program fall apart as soon as you get home.

i was really dissapointed when it did fall apart, i had such good intentions of taking the book back with me to camp this spring so i wouldnt have to take notes but oh well, i guess it didnt help my books cause when i stuffed it in my bag in a rush to get packed.

LOL. I dropped my advanced academy book in a puddle last year. That didn't help things too much.

dude, totally, my AC mission this spring is to get the book home in one piece, it will be tough , but in the end , i will prevail! LOL

ive been to camp three times and so far ive yet to bring home a book in good condition, one was all torn up the other was caught in the rain so you couldnt read anything, and the other one i just plain lost

Well considering what the books have gotten to be now i'm not suprised that they fall apart. Back when i was still going to space camp they gave us nice spiral bound books. Granted they coould look a little worse for wear by the end of the weekbeing taken everywhere you went but i still have every one of mine and all are in decent shape even after having them bor between 6 and 13 years.
