Hello!
I wanna go to the 24 hour EDM
But I think my camp going days are over. Parentals won't give me money to go. Plus I'm kinda old (high school senior this year). Although last time I went there was a girl on our team who was entering college that Fall ... but I still have no money. LOL. Do they have the 24 EDM for adult space camp by any chance? So I can do it when I'm really old :-P
Best space camp moment was during the EDM when everyone was died except for the commander so all the rest of the crew got up and pretended they were zombies and attacked her *LOL*

I'm in college and I went to this last christmas camp. There were two of us college folk and one high school senior. As long as you register when youre 18, you can still go to ASA, I think. It's probably more fun to go to ASA than adult camp, cuz you have to act all mature if you're with adults. And where's the fun in that??

When I go to the 24 hr mission in May I will be 19. You can still go if you register when you are 18.

I'm in college and I went and and plan on going again. You could always get a fake ID to make you younger...

Hahah what? A Fake ID to make you younger? I've never heard of that. I only have the kind that make you older.

That's the point of fake IDs, but if you're older and want to go to camp, you get a fake ID to make you younger. Not that they check it, but it never hurts.

Yes, but the chances of me convincing my parents to give me 1200 bucks either a) before I turn 19 or b) give me 1200 bucks AND a fake ID are slim to none anyway. And I have no money of my own

Wow im sorry guys i just need to vent right now

funny stuff

In New York City, high school students were not in classes this whole week for standardized testing and the changing of the semesters

good

i took a test on monday morning and have the rest of the week off

good

tonight, were getting a snowstorm, nothing major, 5-8 inches, its nothing big for New York, we'vwe had plenty worse.

The New York City Board of Education closed schools the night before.

This is more than just a little thing

New York City NEVER EVER EVER closes the schools

So when does this once in a lifetime rarity occur?

when nearly half of the 2 million children enrolled in the public school system, dont have school anyway!!

grrrrrr

New York CIty

grrrr

and its not even that much

consolements are welcome

:( *feels left out* :(

It's 45 degrees here (7 for you, Canadia). It feels like 39 (4) 'cause of a nice wind (12 mph, from N). And I'm freezing my rear off. The low tonight is 36. Fun.

The high schools here have to stay open because grade 12 student are writing diploma exams. some elementary schools are closed and some buses aren't running but quite a few of the schools are still open.

You guys should move to California. It's nice and sunny here. It's rained once in the last week. We dont get hurricans or tornados or blizzard or whatever crazy crap y'all have. We just have the occasional happy earthquake.
