Calling all Special Session attendees!

Post by Drumrollz »

Post here if you've signed up or are going to sign up for one of the special 7-day, 24 hour EDM sessions this summer!
It'd be really cool if a bunch of Hab1ers ended up in the same session.

I'm signed up for the July 3-10 session.

That July session seems to be the most popular so far. I'm most likely going to the first one, session 36.

Here are the dates again, in case anyone needs a reminder:

Session 41, July 3-10, 2004
Session 46, August 7-14, 2004

I really, really wanna go but i already registerd for a session with a discount so im not sure how that would all work. Do you think they would just let me add on the extra charges for that week alone and count my discount as a normal week?

im having the same problem, about paying for the whole thing. i have parental permission to attend..but my dad brought up a lot of things to consider. like financially im paying for the whole trip, which i can afford, but its a LOT of money, the cheapest flight i can find is 287, so after that and the transportation cost and spending money, its going to be at least 1500, which is a LOT for the summer before college. and its a week that i wont be able to work, like i graduate june 18 then after that theres graduation parties, alumni day parade, etc that i have to do for that, and my dad wants to go to cape cod for a week because of my bday and graduation and stuff. so i wont be able to work really until mid july. then college is end of august. and im going to need a lap top and lots of stuff. so i have to think hard.
im not going to make a definite decision until the end of the month.. by then i hope to know where im going to college..and if i won a pretty big scholarship..i really want to go, but my dad was also like youll be eighteen..blablabla..its kind of like it would be one last chance to be a kid.. which would be cool. and it would be really really cool to meet the other people that are going. so . we'll see..
and for lyn, 300 more is a lot considering you need college stuff and everything, but 300 added on tothe discount you got makes it just as expensive as a regular session...quite a deal..if i were you and already had a reservation i would probably upgrade or whatever to a special session.
