I don't buy it, especially since they've already traced it back to cats. The Chinese weren't raising or preparing them right I guess and they were infected and when people ate them the virus was passed on to them

I don't think it is very possible either. I think the cats living in the trees theory is probably better. Most outdoor cats aren't the cleanest things ever and you probably shouldn't eat them anyway.

Well i've read that artivcle before on space.com. But i've also heard some doctors who have said that SARS is nothing more than normal pneumonia in reality. And that it hasnt really killed more people in asia than pneumonia normally does but they are blowing it out of proportion

That may be quite possible. I really haven't ever thought about it like that before. But if it is just pneumonia, then why don't they recognize it as such when they look at it under a microscope. Okay so I have pneumonia, and all my bloodwork was consistent with that..the chest x-ray confirmed it. So is SARS consistent with pneumonia?

Yeah SARS hasn't really killed that many people at all. Some people were comparing it to the black death, and that makes no sense mainly because the black death actually killed you and it did it with some sort of speed.

Its a type of pneumonia anyway maybe not the most common form but realy the cold has killed more people in a year in some cases than SARS its not as bad as they are trying to make it seem.
