Yeah, a lot of people working in the assembly lines either messed up on accident or on purpose.

Well just like any missile the V-2 was a dangerous thing. We seem to be complacent with rocket launches these days but everytime one launches it has the very real potential of exploding.

Yes, some people don't realize the danger of a rocket launch. A lot of people asked me why the Space Shuttle ever has problems since it is so advanced. I just have to tell them that what the astronauts are really doing is riding on top a volatile rocket and just trying to hold on during launch. It is really controlling it that is what they are doing essentially, and very little of that. They aren't in complete control, the rocket has the upper hand.
