ISS may be abandoned.

Post by bnaivar »

NASA is saying that the ISS may be unmanned in a matter of months because the Soyuz capsules that are now docked may not be replaced at the end of their lifespans if Russia can't fix what went wrong with the latest rocket launch quickly. The Soyuz capsules need to be brought back to Earth before winter comes to Kazakhstan.

Remind me again why the shuttles were retired?

I hope Russia can fix their problem soon.
