End of Shuttle commemorative t-shirt idea

Post by Hotdog »

I have been designing a t-shirt to pay tribute to the end of the Shuttle program. Here's what I have so far for the backside of the shirt:

Image

I hand-drew the orbiter myself, scanned it in, and drew the rest in Illustrator. The overall design is inspired by the mission patch I designed at Camp. The five stars scattered across the background are for the five shuttle orbiters.

I plan on creating a small badge-like graphic for the front of the shirt to go on the left breast.

So what do you guys think? Any suggestions? If I were to get a bunch of these shirts printed, would any of you be interested in buying one? If I act fast, I can probably have them made in time for the Salute To Shuttle event at the end of this month.

I would take at least one. What color shirts are you considering?

Reminds me of the alumni patch I created.

I was thinking either a black or a blue colored shirt.

It really stands out on the black background in your picture. Definitely count me in for one.

For anyone who wants a shirt, please indicate the size that you want in your reply. If enough people are interested, I will produce the shirts
