I'll be watching on TV and in person. Anyone who is on the east coast possibly as far north as nova scotis may be able to see the engine lights during launch tonight. The shuttles trajectory will take it to the north. It doesnt always happen that way so its an intresting oppurtunity. It will be about the brightness of jupiter moving fast from the south west its easily dostinguishable from a plane because there wont be noise it wont be blinking like plane lights and it will be moving much faster. I saw STS-88 go over back in 1998 this way its worh going out and taking a look. Space.com has a story with all the details.

I live in Chicago, so I can only see the ISS passess. I wish I could see the launch in person.

Scrub a dub dub... try again Saturday!

I can only see ISS passes too - quite a sight! I feel so smart when I can point it out to others.

ok i have a question... when i was in space camp my counsler said that there is a web site you can go to to find all the times and such as to when satellites and the ISS will pass over... any one kno it i think it would be really cool to go to it...thanks

I was at KSC 3.2 miles from the launch pad :D .
