And don't forget to tell your friends, family and classmates too! Be an ambassador and help us recruit awesome counselors for the place we all love so much!

What I would give to go back and re-live those days. Alas, I'm too old now.

Jennie from what a friend of mine who is still working at camp said this year you wouldnt be alone being in an older age bracket. My friend said they have new trainees who talk about their grand kids and people of all ages this year.

Boomerang, I thought you were going back this year too?

From my experience, there have always been younger and older counsellors. Phil was older than your average college kid and he was awesome! Other, college-aged, counsellors were great too.

Well its a long story but i wont be going back this year its just been determined that ut requires too much accomodationto do the job effectively. Unfortunately the place is really not set up to make it work as easily as they hoped.

Trust me, Jennie, you would be far from the oldest counselor. There is a female RA who is retired from her 'real' job and decided this would be fun.

As for your husband...the job market is good here!

LOL But I don't think the Sprocket Center can pay me what I'm used to these days. After I retire could be fun though.
