Turkey... whaa?

Turkey... whaa?
I could have sworn I was informed last year that you only needed one year of college to work at Turkey... it was my plan all along to work there this summer and then try to work in Alabama the next summer! Am I crazy and making stuff up, or did I just somehow manage to miss this last year?
The less time spent in Orion Bay, the better.

Huntsville's policy last year was two years of college, but several people on this forum got in with just one year of college. Same with Space Camp Turkey. If you are interested, I suggest e-mailing Beth Mitchell at [email protected] and talking to her.
Even though that is one of the requirements, they look at more things then just that.

The requirements (huntsville) are person to person. Generally 2 years of college is a must, but if you have worked at a camp or somthing, 1 might get you in. Say you want to work at AC, no college is required **if** you have honorable military exprience.

Give the USSRC a call. Someone there should be able to point you in the right direction. That, or visit the SCT website and send them an e-mail requesting to be a counsellor and they will direct you to the right person.
