What state are you in? Fargo, MI probably gets pretty cold doesn't it? So you'd be prepared. I live in FL. I own one sweater (which I happened to have with me, which was a pretty good stroke of luck) and it kept me warm enough. This year, I'll bring a few, but most of the stuff is indoors, anyway (at least for ASA).

Ive never been but some of my friends have and they said that some of the outdoor activities take place, in fact they even got to make Cold Weather Expedient shelters but due to safety concerns they were not allowed to sleep in them.

Im sure they still do some of the activities outside unless there is a health concern or safety concern involved. I have done AC stuff outside when it was too hot really so im sure you can do stuff outside when its REALLY cold.
