Best flight sim to practice for AC?
What would be the best flight sim program to practice for AC? I have MS Flight Sim 2000. I thought about getting their Combat Flight Sim 2, but it's WWII, not modern planes. Adult ASA does a "mini-AC" thing, which includes 2 hours in the Mach I (I think) sims. The instructor told me I had nice turns. But I couldn't hit anything! <g> So, I'd like to be more prepared next time. Do I need a different program, or would just a flight sim joystick help get the feel for it? Suggestions?
Any of the Janes simulators are excellant. They usualy provide a tutorial and are very realistic. Janes really know what their doing in simulating diffrent aircraft. The company publishes inteligence briefings on military stuff all the time.
