War Games 2

Post by Spanky »

Stuart Gillard has been tapped to helm the sequel to the 1983 Matthew Broderick film "WarGames" reports Production Weekly.

Randall M. Badat has penned the next version entitled, "War Games 2: The Dead Game," scheduled to begin principal photography mid-November taking in locations around Montreal.

The storyline follows a teenage hacker whose world gets turned upside after playing an online terrorist-attack simulator game against a government super-computer designed to profile potential terrorists.

All hell breaks loose when Homeland Security is convinced that he's a terrorist intent on disrupting the fabric of society.

I would agree - Broderick needs to be in it, and he needs to deliver the line....

WOPR? There's no WOPR at the Mountain.

Wait...I did see those letters on a garbage can....

So let me get this right.....the multi trillion WOPR is a GARBAGE CAN!?!?!?!?!

It might help to beef up security around the W.O.P.R.

Sandrat...I didn't know you worked up there! I was born and raised in Colorado Springs. Never did get the chance to visit NORAD. =\ I really did enjoy the private airshows over our house, though. The flight pattern for AFA games and graduations went right over our house. So did the pattern for Pete Field airshows. Once a C-5 cargo plane flew low altitude right over our house while being escorted by two A-10 Warthogs. Our whole house was shaking like an earthquake. Now THAT was impressive.

Hawke - yeah that's my current post, but I'll be moving on soon (as Reserve jobs go, it's cool but the commute kills me). I always enjoy watching WarGames and SG-1 just because they really have NO idea what it's like inside the mountain.

Are you still in the Springs? I love that area. Being able to go for two week stints at a time has helped me get familiar with the area - and I enjoy every visit.
