plastic model building

Post by Boomerang »

Ok i know we have talked about paper models and model rockets. I was just wondering if anyone else here builds plastic models i know i do. I'm currently working on 2 P-51B world war 2 fighters of the 9th air force. Next i have a B-17G and an F-15C to work on, Plus a NASCAR model. Some of my other models i built in the last few years were a B-17F, a F-16, F-4, FA-18, and a large shuttle orbiter model. I also have a Saturn V model and smaller full stack shuttle model that i did years ago.

Plastic models cost too much for my budget. That's why I build paper ones off the internet. I wish I did have the money...... :(

Well thats what christmas and birthdays are for. I havent had to pay for any of the models i currently have. I'm almost done with the 2 P-51 kits. just have a little more miner painting then final assembly and decals. after that though i don't know which model to work on next. I guess it will probably be my B-17G so that i can get the 2 B-17's and P-51's together.
