FOR SALE: Telescope

Post by Pete Conrad Fan »

I'm eventually going to try ebay, but thought to check with anyone here first.

I'm selling my Meade telescope

The link has allllll the details. ALSO included is a filter kit. AND a Nikon camera adapter.

Slightly used (maybe 4 times total? I know. Sad. Which is why I'm selling to someone who will appreciate it more). This is an approximate 380.00 investment.

Make me an offer!

Vince...I couldn't find anything saying this in inappropriate, but if it is or it is breaking any rules, please remove the post or whatever you need to do. :) Thanks.

A word of advice....

I had a telescope that I wanted to sell and nobody wanted to buy. I donated it to a local high school and got a tax deduction for a lot more than I could have sold it for.

So tempting! I wish I were more of an astronomer; I would definitely snatch that up.

No, it's all good.
BUT on other forums that have proper for sale/trade areas, it's usually a rule that you must post a price.

People are then free to message you with lower offers to consider (that way lowball offers don't end up in the thread...it's a bit rude, even if they're low but genuine and not entirely unreasonable offers) or just buy it outright for a given price.

So please post a price.
