Post by spacy chick »

Well today is officially my last day of summer  Tomorrow I am beginning my first day of senior year. Is it just a huntsville thing or are lots of people starting school this up comming week?

I start Wednesday. So I'll be getting into town tomorrow night.

The amount of hatred you hold for that 'place' is amazing Vincent...

In other news i'm finishing up my summer class on thursday and then i have a whole month before i have to go back. Yay me! Sadly, i'll probably miss it considering that i've not really had a break from classes since... well... last summer.

you aren't alone. 165 days until I'm out of high school for good. School days seem much longer this year for some reason.

I'm with you... I don't think I'm going to miss my high school either.

I especially don't like going right now because the majority of the school has a staff infection (I would prefer not to get it). The CDC came the other day; it was actually pretty funny.

I'm right with you on that point too. I haven't submitted my application though. My mom doesn't want me to go there... so she decided she's use the "too many hurricanes" reason. It's not going to work though; I really like Tulane.

Like a week ago i was in the middle of doing the application and then I decided I was going to wait a bit for the next act test...glad i did! They mentioned not building up New Orleans again which means good by tulane if they do...I'm sure a lot of people would throw a fit if they did that though

i dont think i want to go to tulane if new orleans isnt like it was before the hurricane, or at least some resembleance of what it was before, because some of the appeal of tulane was its location in such a historic city.

I just got an email from Tulane. The school did not sustain too much damage, but there is some serious work to do. They will start accepting applications again September 6.
It is going to be different no matter what.... that is for sure
