okay, my personal opinion...football is the best part of autumn (besides the candy from trick-or-treating, the leaves falling, the wonderful smell outside, the cool weather...lol). what are your favourite teams and why?

Beings that my high school's team got stomped last night (might i add that the field is practically in my back yard) i'm not to into any football right now. lol. It is a fun sport to watch though and i usually just watch random games as opposed to any specific teams. However when it comes to college i'm voting University of Michigan all the way! :D

Anyone want to actually explain the point of football to me? I've only gone to the games this year for the social life (I really don't have much of one so I'll take what I can get). Besides, in the rest of the world football is soccer, why isn't it the same in the US.

My main reason for watching football is the crunch sound they make when they hit each other. I dont actually understand the game lol.

woo! football! hmm... my college doesn't have it (yet) but we are moving up to division 1 in our other sports this year! as for football, I am still a HUGE fan of my HS football team, even though we always lose:) I am also a GT fan. I don't currently have TV and tickets cost too much, but I keep up with what they're doing and all.:)
hehe... on that nerds do not speak of such things... what about projectile motion... the nice parabola that the ball makes in its trajectory... ooh ooh! I see a physics topic coming up!!!:)
