Hey look... maybe someone at Space Camp has read Vincent's 10 tips list and is actually doing something about it!?! Anyone who has visited U.S. Space Camp's homepage recently may have noticed a new banner at the top proclaiming a new and improved Space Camp website will be making an appearance sometime in March 2004.
On the side, Space Camp Canada gave their website a facelift in late 2003, and it looks great.
I anticipate the new website, as anything is better than this intermediate site they have now. The old one was good, the intermediate one is aweful, and so maybe the new one will give Space Camp the glamour it deserves!

Such a poll seems a bit premature since they only have a new header up at the moment.
And while I would like to think my article was passed around until it reached someone high enough up to call for some of the changes I outlined, I'd bet it's far more likely this has been in the works for a little while now...

Sorry about that Vincent. I have removed the poll until the new website has been unveiled. I guess I was getting a little TOO anxious.

Is it just me or does it look like that Space Camp has copied hab1's banner logo?

I thought the same thing, that logo looks oddly familiar! Funny how we all think alike around here...

Hey, it looks good. And this is a website based on Space Camp, so it's a nice tie, right?

Who: I don't suppose you could give us all here more of a firm date than spacecamp.com did for when the new site will be up?

One up: I don't suppose you could give us a few hints as to what will be made better or added to the site, could you?
(I'm guessing probably not, but it's worth a try, right?)

Good, 'cause the old site was pretty terrible. Then again, I've seen worse... much worse.

Who, you did the new logos and banner on the site? Wow! They look great! And all this time I thought Smiley was behind it all! I can't wait to see the new sc site!
Who, I miss you!
Believe it or not, I will not be back this summer. And probably never again!

<3 for the biscuit. Smileys work will make a guest appearance on some of the SC pages.
Megan -- you will know when the new site is up. The banner up top is just to let the customer know that change is on its way.
