Apollo 13 and Space Camp

Post by Boomerang »

Well as many of us know the cast of the movie apollo 13 spent some time at camp before filming the movie. Or atleast i believe thats what i heard. But Tonight the USA network is airing Apollo 13 at 9pm EST and along with it they have some footage they filmed recently down at space camp. It looked to me like the hosts of the show went down their and spent some time. should be neat to see.

Interesting. I will have to see if I get the USA network up here (in Canada) on digital satellite.

I won't be able to watch it or record it, which sucks. It's not scheduled to repeat within the next week, either. :(

I don't know if this is just for where i live or not, but when I checked the TV listings it said it would re-air on Feb 29 at 4 PM and March 10 at 10 AM. I got that info from here http://tvlistings.zap2it.com/partners/p ... 0426860000. Thought this might help you a little Benji.

Thanks, that is helpful. My TVGuide+ software (yes, I have TV Guide software!!!! I know, I'm a nerd) only shows seven days ahead. TVGuide.com does, too.

Well, it's not like I went out and bought it or programed it myself or anything... it came with the TV software that came with my video card (it has an RF (TV cable) jack on it).

The thing that drives me most is that people tell me that ill never be an astronaut. My love and passion for space will lead me to new heights, hopefully back to the moon or mars.
