Name plate on the Vice President's SC jacket?

just curious, has anyone seen that type of nameplate before? I dont recognize the wings but the photo is too small for a good look....

The nameplate, based on the shape of the lettering, I'd bet says VICE PRESIDENT and then his name in the row below. But those wings, man, I'm stymied as to what those are...

Here is another photo to help answer this question.
Zooming in on this photo within a photo editing software, this appears to be the standard issued leather name tag that campers receive with their flight suit at Space Camp. This specific badge shows:
*Wings Logo*
VICE PRESIDENT
MIKE PENCE
Besides with comparing with my own name tags, I performed a Google Search, in which I also found this example (from nokidswilltravel.com) of some different angles of the Space Camp flight suit leather name tags from different angles. These badge photos appear to match up with the photo of the Vice President.
