i thought that was pretty cool. i was in tears. i know how hard the nasa community is hit during these hard times. nasa village acted as a family and got through, and it looked like they helped the immediate families cope really well. someone told me that some of the astronauts took on the families ...

thats cool. i didn't know that. so if the superbowl is on a day that has a historical event, they always recognize it...thats kind of a cool tradition. oh well, its making me REALLY miss texas!

yeah, i saw that one too. im glad they are observing the day. though i do think that if it wasn't houston and if bush wasn't president, then they wouldn't have the same recognition.
