I couldn't agree more. The state of Alabama should have issued a warrant for his arrest years ago. If not on anything but writing worthless personal checks to the space center aka the State of Alabama.

I haven't seen the pictures in question, but if the Apollo wall that I think you are talking about is the same one in the pictures it has been there at least 5 years. Just to clarify...
The only two NASA owned centers that I am aware of are Kennedy and JPL. All the others are owned by foundations (Houston), State Government (Marshall/U.S. Space & Rocket Center) or City Government (Langley)
