Chris, Nathan, my fiance (he had never been to USSRC), and I visited the new center on Saturday. It really was great! Once I get a little rest-we just landed about 50 minutes ago-I will post the few photos that I took.

I would suggest packing some extra snacks to munch on when the cafeteria food isn't enough to fill you up, or later at night. Also, I don't know about you, but I cannot sleep on a pillow that is as thin as a sheet of paper, so I brought myself an extra pillow. There were only two of us in the room, ...

With no cable TV and a 56K modem, I only got to see the 90 seconds that they aired on CBS. I switched channels to NBC, who showed about another 60 seconds. At least I got to see the launch though. It was great! I hope to get to see a launch in person one day!

Well a little more info on this weekend. Jeramy is the counselor for the team there is only one team called Marshall. I signed up as soon as I found out about it. I forwarded the address to my sister too. She's always been jealous of me since I've gone to camp and she never did. If I win, she's coming with me...and she better take me with her if she wins!

They probably actually did all of the filming during 1997. I know that it takes a long time to get all of the filming put together into a movie. So it is probably the 10th anniversary of the filming.
