I check online daily, but life's pretty busy and complicated right now and there really hasn't been anything for me to post anyways. I moved from Chicago to Arizona about two months ago and started back at school after about six years of not being in school. I found out that my brain doesn't work th...

Rumour has it that the shuttle programme may be extended beyond 2010, so you may have a few more chances to see a launch. That being said, keeping the shuttle programme in business will take away funds from the Orion project so it's a toss-up. Anyway, give us stories and pictures when you get back....

Last summer, a few hours before the alumni camp officially started, four of us were on the training center floor to take some pictures, and we were stopped by some counselors asking us questions about if we knew where we were going. We told them that we knew what we were looking for, although we wer...

Hello everyone! I was just directed to this forum from one of my Kennedy 36-96 Team members. I attended Adult space camp the first week of September 1996 and had a wonderful time. I will be going back a year from now with my nephew for Adult/Child Camp. [/size] Welcome to the hab! There have been a...

I like the pilot track. I was never MS but I was PS at ASA and I didn't like it at all. There is always something to do as pilot, and I like to have a lot of hands-on activity.

Too bad I can't see it. I have no cable. It sucks to have these kinds of shows on channels that I don't have. I will be getting at least basic cable after I move, so hopefully I will have the Discovery Channel and be able to watch interesting series like this one.

I really saw how bad Pathfinder was deteriorating when I was at USSRC in February. For some reason, I really didn't notice it last summer, but after I looked at my pictures from camp last summer I saw it too. Something really needs to be done about it, otherwise this will be another important piece ...

Can any one say "Economic Stimulus Check"??? George W. paid for you all to come back this summer! Man and people actually don't like the guy. I wish, but my economic stimulus money has to go towards more important things like moving. Even if I could go to camp this summer, the money from ...

I would recommend a backpack because you are going to be carrying quite a bit around with you. A camera itself would end up taking up taking a lot of room out of your fanny pack. We also got little notebook things that we had to carry around with us-I don't know if they still give them out, but they...

I really wish I could go, but it is not financially possible with moving to Arizona this summer and returning to school. Maybe next year...or in two years when I'm hopefully done with school...again.

Children's Orbiter Toy

I found this toy at the Chicago Children's Museum at Navy Pier and thought I would share the photos with everyone. I don't know if it's easy to see with my photos, but can you find the very obvious error? http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h95/pilotgirl21/cc54.jpg http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h9...

I wish that I could go to camp again this summer, but with hopefully moving soon and going back to school again I don't think it will happen financially. I don't think the schedule looked all that fascinating to me either. They cut a day off of the schedule and it also costs $100 more than last year...
