I know SC Florida closed down, but what are they doing with it? The Astronaut Hall of Fame was purchased by the Delaware North company - the company that runs the Kennedy Space Center. get yourself familiar with a compass, map, trigonometry, and star charts. we had an orienteering class where we used star charts and trig to determine our direction and heading and then we had to go out in an adjacent field and use a compass and a gps to navigate a land course.

i went to florida back summer of '97. had a councilor named Kaz Vogelgesang. i know i've tossed the name out there before with no luck of anyone knowing him...he works at the JSP last i knew. he worked the Chandra Ray shuttle mission.

it's amazing that such an old platform can be upgraded to serve over what...half a century now...and still remain effective and with yet another upgrade will extend it's service life once again. i don't know if the original engineers planned that their plane would last this long...but boy no bet th...
