That's so totally wrong. If you would be up to date you would know those things. Read the 'Columbia Accident Investigation Report' and you will know. The board recognized early on tha the accident was probably not an anomalous, random event, but rather likely rooted to some degree in NASA's history ...

I'm to old to come back ! Maybe in 2 years as a councelor ( but I heard it's very dificult to become a summer counselor if you don't live in the US ) !
