ASA is the best time ever. You do so much in so little time. You also get to choose your position and camp and academy don't get to. It may be a cheesy movie but if you ever went or really wanted to go to camp it draws you to it. I've watched it countless time just to bring me back to Alabama for a short time and re-live my camp experience!!

I didn't go to Space Camp Canada because I was too old. It is only for those 9-14 and I was almost 15 when I found out about Space Camp. Also, it wouldn't have been much cheaper. I have the same story as both of you. I live in Canada so with the dollar exchange it was too expensive to go. I got a job and saved up and went to ASA in August of 2001. It was the best time in my life. I'm going this summer and my parent's are paying for tuition. I have to pay for the plane ticket...
