IMAX :-(
A right of passage for Space Camp ended this weekend. The IMAX played its last shows over the weekend, it is being replaced by a planetarium. I am sad to see it go, I have many memories of sitting in the curved room watching Space and Aviation related movies. I also have memories working their while...

Re: "slipped the surly bonds of earth" to "touch the face of God."
Yesterday I thought of the antics we gotten into when doing the photo collage including Sara getting "waterted."
Re: 2018
Sad to say I am not sure when I will return because of money and the fact I have moved across the country compared to living just two hours away. Maybe in 10 years or so I can take my my children.

Smell
You know you are a former counselor when you spray Lysol Clean Linen and you have flash backs to working with EVA equipment.

"slipped the surly bonds of earth" to "touch the face of God."
I know this forum is mainly to be joyful but I just wanted to let anyone who didn't know Sara Hardin passed away in October 2016. It has been over year but I recently came back Hab1 and didn't see anything. I for the life of me can't remember her username on here but she was an active user back in t...

Last mission for Atlantis
On the Space Camp Facebook page they announced today was Atlantis' last mission. Sad day for many of us older alumni and consolers who served on board her.
This makes me want to head back to the USSRC and see what the rest of the MCC floor looks like.

I see special exhibits like the Star Wars as a good and bad thing at some museums. Places like the USSRC sometimes need traveling exhibits to survive especially in these hard economic times. At some locations, traveling exhibits take up space where the permanent exhibits are which happens at the USS...

construction on the TCF (MCC)
Well it is the slow time of year at Space Camp and guess what that means, it is time to do construction on the TCF. I saw the Space Camp feed on face book announcing that there was construction on the TCG. Today I found out that they moved Discovery to be able to disassemble the Liberty Module. I ha...

Lisa aka pilotgirl21 bought be the DS version of the game for my birthday since a Best Buy here in Arizona had it for sale for $10. I thought the game was rather silly and had nothing really to do with Space Camp besides the name and multi-axis trainer. And speaking of the multi-axis trainer your ch...

Changes at the USSRC
I was looking at people's photos on facebook and I noticed that there appears at least some of the artifacts have been moved around. I am wondering what they have moved and what is in it's place.
I noticed Casper, the mock LEM, the apollo capsule trainer have moved, and Vadar.

I want to thank Vincent and Mike for posting their Columbia memorial images. Hopefully this display will prevent human errors like this from happening again.
