Alot quit yes you are right and i'm sure thasts common. However i was there this summer even management who have been there fr years said they had never seen that many people quit during the course of the summer. I don't know if it was they just werne cut out for the job or this summer was tiougher...

And let's not forgot Kathryn's attempt to control the Multi Axis Trainer with the joystick. That was one of my personal favs considering most kids on my teams thought they'd come in and stabilize it and I had to crush their dreams and tell them it wasn't possible. They didn't let us ride the MAT in...

The end of the shuttle era was planned for by a "Tiger Team" in 2000. Spanky, Sandrat and a few others were on the final team preparing overal revisions to the programs. You could ask them what those ideas entailed.

Many of the current revisions came from their study and recommendations.
