I'm not saying that "Im not gonna make friends!", I'm simply saying that making friends is not my main reason for going. So in the long run, if I dont make any friends, I won't be sad about it. If I do make a friend or two, great! I'm just not holinf it as my #1 priority for going, thats a...

So, the bottom line is: If I sign up for the Pilot Track, I will get to either be Pilot or Commander on the shuttle at some point for sure, even if its just the 1 hour missions?

Thats my only concern: Never getting to actually fly the [darn] shuttle

They better not tie me down to anything if I go... lol. As to these "Anomolies", it seems to me from what Im reading that the whole EDM is filled with nothing but these, which to me would get kind of boring and "Unreal" after a while... I mean, in real life, there isn't going to ...

I am having a bit of trouble understanding where duck tape comes in myself... They must REALLY have some dussies if it takes du...

I'm shooting for the August 6th Pilot track date... Since thats the last date they offer Pilot without scuba. Not that I have anything against scuba, I would just rather fly the sims at AC than scuba dive. I wonder if August 6th will be a really busy time? Its still summer, but late summer. I wont h...

I fell in love with Piloting the shuttle after watching Armageddon and seeing the cool stuff Watts and Sharp got to do   Flight Director would also be pretty cool, although I would prefer to be in the shuttle durring the EDM. Personally, instead of a mission the space station, they should ...

Id be happy being either one... Pilot or Commander. Both sound like cool position. But the thing I dont get is, is it a sure bet that you'll even get to be in the shuttle for the EDM, more less the Pilot or commander? How are these positions choosen. Is it just a team decision (which dont seem to fa...

Questions about ASA

Hello all, I have been floating around these forums for a few weeks, so I decided to post some questions I got about ASA . Please bear with me as some of them may be pretty stupid, but I'd like to know 100% what I'm getting into before I shell out $1,049.00 to do it. #1: On the spacecamp website, wh...
