Deep Impact

Deep Impact is a spacecaft that will collide with the comet Tempel 1 on July 4th. The impact with be so bright that you can see it using binoculars. http://www.cnn.com/2005/TECH/space/06/22/impact.space/index.html That would be so cool if at space camp they let us see it thought the telescope there....

I'm going it Michigan State University and then I'm thinking of transfering to UAH in two years. I can't wait for college to start. MSU is less then 30 mins from my house so I can come home anytime and I'll be far enough away from my parents too. :) I need to be close to home because my older sister...

ASA 8-day video

Did anyone that went to ASA 8-day last summer receive the video/DVD that we were going to get of the movie that we made during our 24-hour mission?

I went to the second 8-day camp (during the first weeks of July) and I never received mine and I was wondering if anyone else got theirs.

i went on Mission: Space just 5 days ago, it was ok, the G's were whimpy compared to the G-Force at space camp, and the ride was boring because all you go to do was push 2 buttons, and it didn't matter if you pushed the bottons or not because then the computer would override it, but i still went on ...
